How to Handle Job Interviews

None of the interviews are the same, especially because they are conducted by different people, so there is no magic recipe. There are, however, some things you may do to make the most of this experience. To begin, plan ahead of time, select your most relevant skills, and be prepared to offer examples or tales demonstrating how you applied those qualities to employment, volunteer, academic, or co-curricular responsibilities and how you achieved positive results. Research your desired firm extensively, and be prepared to explain why the organization and job in question are a good fit for you. Also, practice your interview skills.
